You can return the products you ordered within 30 days from the date of receiving the products.

To make a return, the product must be in its initial state, in its original package, undamaged and, most important, unused.

Return delivery cost is client's duty.

Attention! Delivery costs for returned products are approximate the same as the cost of the delivery listed in the table above, according to your country.

To make a return, please let us know by filling out the form below. We will send you by email the documents required for sending the return to us. Then, we will ask the courier to take the package from the address it was made the initial delivery (the address you chose when you made the order). A courier representative will contact you shortly.

The amount related to return, less the delivery costs of the return, will be redirected into your bank account from which was made the initial payment.

All the fields marked with * are mandatory, so the return process can develop simple.

By sending the return form, you are aware and you accept the fact the amount related to delivery costs of the return will be reduced from the return afferent amount.
