Using this website, which means visiting the website or buying products sold on this website, involves the acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is recommended to carefuly read the terms and conditions of this website, before using it.

The provider can always modify the content of this website (structural or accesibility modifications), the provider can stop providing information on the website, without an preliminary accord being needed and without notifying the users of the website or other third-parties.

We reserve the right to select our clients.

Both the guest and users have access on the website and at its content.

By „content”, we understand products, texts, images, web design elements and drawings, as well as HANC logo.

By "website guest” we understand any person who access this website.

3. Prices

The products sold on this website are provider's property, who guarantees that all these products are new, properly packed in personalized cardboard boxes.

Products are offered as long as the stock lasts, therefore, the provider has the right to not honor an order if the targeted product is out of stock. The provider must update the products stock according to the products availability.

The prices displayed on the website are final; they did not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed in "Cart" section, where it will be displayed the price of all the products from cart, as well as the total amount to be paid for the order, including delivery costs; delivery costs are also displayed on page "Delivery and return".

The provider commits to correctly display the prices and information of every product, as well as product availability. Although, system errors may occur while showing this information, therefore, the provider can cancel an order if this type of errors are noticed; the provider will immediately the user thta made the order, to solve the problem.

4. Payment methods

Users of this webiste have two payment methods to use:

1) Cash on delivery, ONLY AVAILABLE IN ROMANIA

- pay to carrier, when receiving the products;

- pay for ordered products and delivery costs.

2) Online payment (card)

- safe online payment through Stripe

5. Delivery options

Our products are delivered in every country listed in the table found on page "Delivery and return", by TNT courier.

Before delivery, all the products are properly packed in cardboard boxes.

Delivery costs are displayed on page "Delivery and return" and on the checkout page, before you place the order.

Delivery time: 1-7 days from the date of placing the order, according to the table found on page "Delivery and return".

6. Products warranty

For all the orders made on this website, products integrity is guaranteed by the provider, through out transport time, until the products are delivered.

7. Returns

The client has the right to give up on his order and to return the products, within 30 days from the date of receiving the products, without specifying a reason. To be returned, the product must be returned in its initial state, in its original packaging, undamaged and, most important, unused.

Delivery costs for returned products are clients responsibility.

The amounts related to returned products are refunded within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned products.

8. Decline of responsibilities

Images displayed on this website should be consider as a presentation. Products received may differ from these images. The provider has the right to modify and update products descriptions without a preliminary notification.
